Referral Process: 

For Ultrasounds
Ultrasounds are performed Monday-Friday during our evening urgent care hours. 
Referring DVM: Please submit an ultrasound referral form along with the patients clinical history and lab work. 
Your Client: Please have your client schedule an appointment at our Urgent Care Clinic 

For Urgent Care, Hospitalization, and Surgical Services:
Referring DVM: You may review our common services here. Please call and ask to speak to our referral liaison before sending your client to us. We want to ensure we are able to promptly address your patients needs and understand the scope of their condition. 

Specialty Orthopedic & Soft Tissue Surgery:
On a six-week-rotation, we host a board-certified surgeon. Deposits are required. Please call for upcoming dates, costs, etc.

Internal Medicine:
Every two-weeks, we host a board-certified internal medicine specialist. He offers ultrasound, echocardiogram, endoscopy, and other specialty diagnostics and consultations. Please call for upcoming dates, costs, etc.
