Veterinarian
Originally from Dayton, Texas, a small town just northeast of Houston, Dr. Audrey Brooks earned her bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Texas Tech University. She is proud to be part of the inaugural graduating class of the Texas Tech School of Veterinary Medicine. Her special interests include ophthalmology, critical care, and soft tissue surgery.
When not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her spending time with my two dogs, Duke (corgi) and Ryder (jack russell), and my husband — a fellow Red Raider and devoted baseball fan. They love cheering on the Texas Rangers, the Amarillo Sod Poodles, and of course, our Texas Tech Red Raiders. She is passionate about running, training for triathlons, enjoying the outdoors, and being active in our church. They also enjoy being a part of the Amarillo community - the Nutcracker Ballet production is her absolute favorite at Christmas time!
