I cannot say enough good things about Swann! Everyone from the moment you walk in is very kind and professional! The care I felt for my little guy didn’t go unnoticed! Dr.Troppy and her staff were extremely kind, informative and very attentive to not only my dog but me as well! This was my first visit and I Brought my 13 year old poodle in for an ear infection and found a major issue with his heart! Dr. Troppy sat with me and very kindly explained what was going on and the steps we take from here to help my little guy! I was very emotional and she was so very kind and talked with me for as long as I needed! Im so thankful for her and her entire staff for their compassion and knowledge. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Troppy and Swann animal clinic to all my friends and family! Thank you again for all your kindness and for helping my precious family member.
